The casino is a popular destination for both gambling and entertainment. The expansion added more gaming space, a new buffet restaurant, a new food court, and a new events center. In May 2009, the casino underwent a $17 million expansion and renovation project. The tower was developed by Pinnacle Entertainment. In March 2006, the casino added a 14-story hotel tower with 310 rooms. It is located on the Rincon Reservation of the Luiseno Indians. The casino was first opened in December 2000 by the Pointer family.
